Alone I am weak. My voice is just a whisper. My needs, wants, and dreams are just an annoyance to my employer. My demands fall on deaf ears. I can be bullied, manipulated,  and threatened. I have little or no say as to how I am treated. I am just an expendable tool that is used to line the pockets of corporate America. But if you stand with me then together we are strong. Our collective voice is powerful. Our demands must be recognized. You are no longer my coworker, my friend, or an associate. You are my BROTHERS and SISTERS. Stand with us, let our voices grow until they are so loud that they can never be ignored again. Never forget that we are the ones that made this country great. WE ARE UNION. OUR DUES ARE PAID!
